Perfect for one night / one person

Great location, and perfect for 1-night stay trip. The cost was quite good for the whole experience.

The room was tiny and the bathroom was even smaller. It was quite difficult to move around in the room.

It was not mentioned anywhere that this room would be in the basement. It was advertised as room without windows, and to add to the inconvenience, there were no bedside tables, no almirah/lockers to keep valuables, and basic amenities like a water kettle/boiler were not available. Not even a bottle of water. Dissatisfied with the stay.

Good for a short stay

Everything was comfortable and checking in was easy. Even though the room is very small it wasn't a bother as we were only staying 2 nights.

Not a lot of space for bags + jackets and such. Underground rooms quite loud because of tubes

An OK hotel

The location is good. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around.

The room was too small. Since it was next to the street it was a little noisy. The window was not hermetically closed, so we got some cool air from the street.

Brilliant price for a private room, en suite, admittedly tiny, but in such a central location.

Fantastic location. 5 mins walk from Victoria Station - just 2 stops to Westminster.

Too much noise from other rooms. Better sound insulation might have helped

There was barely enough room to turn around, the bathroom was basically a fancy port-a-potty and the walls were thin enough I could constantly hear people in the hall/nearby rooms.

Good stay in a budget hotel - great location

The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. Easy check in and check out. Coffee machine in reception area and discount for breakfast at a local cafe although I didn’t have chance to try that. Very good location within walking distance to Victoria train and subway stations. Sufficient good quality towels. Comfortable bed and tv for entertainment. Generally a good stay but a very budget hotel.

No wardrobe to hang clothes, just a few hooks to hang up coats so I ended up hanging my clothes on there. Also unfortunately there wasn’t a bedside table to put belongings so I had to put most things on the floor (other than items on the coat hooks). I also found that the heater/air con didn’t work as a heater. I’d gotten drenched on my walk from the station so had wet clothes I was looking to dry. In all fairness I didn’t raise this with the hotel so perhaps if I had they may have helped sort this.

Good

Hotel was situated in good location nearby station so that was so good. In the room is everything you need.We decided to book the cheapest one, so that means the smallest one. We were here only for 2 nights so it was enough for us

The room was small. Its okay because we were staying here only at night, but if you will have any trolley bag, you have no space where to open it About bed we find out it was not 100% clean as you are expecting in every acomodation. We find there hair and some crumbs. ???? nothing pleasent.

Great Location - small rooms though

Practical and good location, served its purpose

Small room that gets very hot - air con was in the room though but very loud when on - suppose there isn't anything they can really do though to fix that.
